Hey there, fitness fanatics and future fabulous physiques! 👋

I’m so excited to share my passion for movement and well-being with you. Originally a Brit (yes, I still have the accent!), I’ve been immersed in the world of fitness since the age of 17. From my time in the Women's Royal Air Force to gracing the pages of a national magazine as a fitness expert, it’s been a whirlwind of wellness that has led me to train members of the Royal Family and A-list celebrities.

A Legacy of Leadership

Today, armed with over 32 fitness certifications, I continue to lead the way at Equinox and Life Time across Irvine, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach. I am also the creator of "Krush – The Only ‘Koreographed’ Kettlebell Workout in the World" and "complEX," with over 150 follow-along workouts available on my YouTube channel.

I am incredibly proud to be recognized as a 2025 Women in Business Awards Nominee by the Orange County Business Journal and was recently featured in Voyage LA, where I shared my story of building Power Pulse EMS Training.
