Compensation: 50% Commission Split (Potential $100k+ annually)
The Role Join the leader in Southern California WB-EMS. We have 120+ active clients and a demand that exceeds our current capacity.
We provide the studio, the Wiemspro technology, the suits, and the client leads. You provide elite coaching and high-level client management.
Requirements

Minimum 6 years as a Certified Fitness Professional (Non-negotiable).

Ability to manage 45-minute session blocks (20 min training + suiting/hygiene).

Professional liability insurance ($185/year).

Current CPR/AED

High energy, professional, and business-minded.
Training & Growth: We provide full certification and practical training at no upfront cost. This is an elite proprietary system; as such, an NDA and 30-mile non-compete agreement are required for all internal team members.
Potential Earnings Breakdown for each Coach:

Daily Potential: At 10 sessions/day (mixed), a coach makes $430+ per day.

Weekly Potential: 5 days = $2,150+ per week.

Annual Potential: $100,000+ working approximately 30 hours of floor time per week.
