We have approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of total sublease space designed for synergy and professional growth.

1. Private Consultancy Rooms (Only 3 Available)

Ideal for Medical Injectors, Estheticians, or Private Practitioners.

• Size: Approximately 8' x 10'

• Rate: $1,500 per month

• Term: Month-to-month flexibility

• Best For: Botox/Fillers, Medical Aesthetics, Nutrition Counseling, or Hypnotherapy.

2. Designated Open Floor Space (Approx. 2,000 sq. ft.)

We are subdividing a large, open area for providers with specialized wellness equipment.

• Rate: Custom pricing based on square footage requirements.

• Customization: Sublessees may utilize temporary partitions for privacy and are encouraged to set up their own branded signage and display areas.

• Tenant Improvements (TI): Providers are responsible for their own TI where needed, subject to management approval and city guidelines.

• Best For: * Recovery Tech: Hyperbaric Chambers, Infrared Saunas, Cold Plunge, Floatation.

  • Manual Therapy: Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Massage.

Professional Requirements

To maintain the integrity of the Rejuvenation Hub, all applicants must meet the following:

• Licensing: Must be properly licensed in the State of California for your specific trade.

• Insurance: Must carry professional liability insurance (naming Power Pulse EMS as additionally insured).

• Regulatory: Must operate within your legal scope of practice and adhere to Newport Beach city guidelines.

• Financials: If approved, a security deposit of $1,500 and the first month's rent are required to secure a space.

• Non-Compete: Services must not directly compete with Whole Body EMS or Onnafit technology.
